The Life Age test

Our Life Age test has been developed in association with world leading experts and provides a scientifically validated assessment of where your lifestyle is ageing you or keeping you young.

It takes about 8 minutes to complete and is unique in that it considers five important health factors: body shape, diet, physical activity, alcohol and smoking, and four important happiness factors: stress, sleep, mood and life satisfaction to calculate a combined Life Age score.

Once you complete the test you receive a personalised Life Age report by email. This report provides a snapshot of how your current lifestyle is affecting you, and includes an overall Life Age score plus a full break down of which of the nine lifestyle areas are 'ageing' you or keeping you young.

Taking the Life Age test is the first important step towards living a younger life as it provides you with self insight and benchmarks against which to set your goals, and over time track your progress.
